By installing Nimvexa CSV Importer, the merchant agrees to these terms and confirms they are authorized to manage the connected Shopify store.

Service

The app imports products and blog posts from merchant-provided CSV data. The merchant is responsible for reviewing files, maintaining backups, and verifying results before publishing changes.

Subscription

The service costs US$0.99 per month after a 14-day free trial, billed through Shopify. Cancellation is managed from Shopify and takes effect according to Shopify’s billing rules.

Acceptable use

The app must not be used to upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized content, or to interfere with Shopify or third-party systems.

Availability and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Nimvexa is not liable for indirect losses or merchant data errors caused by inaccurate source files.

Changes

Material changes will be posted here. Continued use after their effective date constitutes acceptance.
