Nimvexa CSV Importer processes store data only to import products and blog posts requested by the merchant.

Data processed

We process Shopify shop identifiers, OAuth credentials, import settings, product or article fields supplied in CSV files, and import results. Raw CSV files are parsed in the merchant’s browser and are not retained as files on our servers.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to provide the app under our contract with the merchant, secure the service, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use store data for advertising.

Storage and retention

Import reports older than 90 days are removed when the store next imports. OAuth sessions are removed after uninstall, and remaining shop data is deleted when Shopify sends the mandatory shop-redaction webhook. Column mapping preferences may be saved in your browser; CSV content is not saved in browser storage.

Sharing and security

Data may be handled by infrastructure providers strictly to operate the service. Access is limited, data is encrypted in transit, and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are applied.

Your rights

Merchants may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability by contacting us. Shopify customer privacy requests are handled through Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks.
